Time it Takes for NVC To Complete Case After RFE

Hi Vjer's,

Need some help again. I had recieved a RFE for my wife and sons case on March 11th and sent the required documents right away. It was scanned into NVC's system on March 19th. I called the operator to check if all I send was proper and she confirmed with a yes. Now I just wanted to know approximately how long will it take for them to review the documents and complete the case?? Any Ideas??

Our RFE document was scanned into the system on March 12 and is still pending review. The NVC operator told me it will take 2-4 weeks, not that this is what it usually takes but right now they are busy and it will take this long.

the one i know of with a rfe was only delayed about a week

in our case we've got an RFE's on March 13, and husband and i sent back all the required missing documents,..

and last 03-24-09 our case is already completed.. so i think RFE's took 1week or more(not so sure)..

ok we had the same date for scanned date and yesterday which WAS march 26th we got our case completed over the AVR this morning so it took them a couple of days and call the OP and see if its on final review it will complete soon don`t worry

I just called NVC and talked to the Operator. She said that my Sons case has been completed and is under final review. And my wifes final document they recieved on the 26th which was a missing paycheck stub. So the operator said give them till next week and they will schedule an appointment for both together. She told me to call back End of Week next week. Thanks to all the Vjer's for the wonderful support we have recieved till date. My Wife and Myself are really gratefull to everyone.
