Hey gang,

Anyone know about how long it is taking to see the IV bill invoice on the AOS/IV bill web page once the DS-3032 has been emailed and received by the NVC? My wife sent the DS-3032 email last Thursday (and received the automated response email back) and I have already paid the AOS fee and it shows PAID. They received my I-864 on Tuesday. We are SO ready to send in the DS-230 and the supporting documents and get her HERE! She received her I-129F spouse visa package from the embassy yesterday, but we want to go with the IV, even if it takes a couple of weeks longer. Should we email a new DS-3032? Thanks,

Before the IV Bill is generated, the NVC has to accept your choice of agent form and input it into their system. The automated response does not acknowledge the acceptance of your choice of agent, but acknowledges that they received your email. You should call NVC to see if your choice of agent has been accepted.

Hey gang,

Ours took about 10 days too.NVC is processing slower now :( so just hang in there.Since u got the auto reply so u know they got it.I didnt even get that and emailed it from 2 different accounts.

Aug 07,09 Every thing looks very good,visa issuance is up to the consulate!!!

Aug 07,09 Passport submitted

Aug 07,09 USEM is requesting applicant's passport :)

Aug 17,09-call 1 Visa issued Aug 3rd,EM recvd passport on 10th but still havent returned it

Aug 17,09-call 2 Case pending some kind of processing (URGHHHHHHHHH NOT AGAIN)

Aug 18,09 call to pick up passport,picked up from AMEX

Sep 26,09 REUNION :)

Yep :) I am in the same boat as you. I did call NVC on Wednesday and they said they received our DS-3032 on Tuesday. The operator also said it takes 5 business days to process and then they'll issue IV bill.
