Hey all,

I recently finishing compiling my list of documents for the inteview. The next stage was for me to send the check list to the Embassy in London. Which I did two days ago. I was a little confused about what else needed to go back as well. The link I was given in my letter said that I had to mail other forms such as the DS-230 Form Part I, Form DS-156, Form DS-157 and DS-156-K. When I phoned to ask about something on one of the forms I was told I only needed to send back the check list and bring the other forms to the interview.

My question is, is this correct? I'm not to sure myself, so anyone who can help please do. I have the other forms filled out ready to go if I need to send them.

Cheers for now.

The instructions on the embassy's website say:

Mail the DS-230 Form Part I, Form DS-156, and Form DS-157 for each person and the Form DS-156-K (completed by the principal applicant only) to the Immigrant Visa Unit, 5 Upper Grosvenor Street, London W1A 2JB. Note: Forms DS-156, DS-156k and DS-157 must be completed in duplicate.

and then:

Assemble all of the documents required in support of your application and mail the IV-15K Form and check list to the Immigrant Visa Unit.

You bring all your other required documents (passport, police certificate, etc) with you to the interview.

You can find the instructions here:
