What is with expired forms in P3???!!

Ok, so in my P3 I ALL my forms they sent me (I-134, DS 230) have EXPIRED!!!!!!!

I sent back in both the expired one they sent me and a NEW DS230 out one JUSt in case thinking it was kind of a fluke but I looked at the I-134 just now and it ALSO is expired!!

What the heck! Are the expired ones just as good? Are they trying to save paper? I am all for that but if that is the case, DON'T PUT AN EXPIRATION DATE!!!!

Anyone else have same prOblem?

THE OMB date is NOT the form's expiration date, that date has to do with a period of time that the government agency that published the form (USCIS and DOS) has to complete a study by, mandated by Office of Management and Budget. This study has to do with the requirements of the paperwork reduction act.

When a USCIS form is due to expire, the form and any changes must be reviewed by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). If a form expires while it is being reviewed at OMB, the form may still be used. Once a new edition is available, the USCIS website will be updated to ensure all useable editions are listed.

Yeah it is strange... I e-mailed Montreal and asked (just to be safe) and they said all their forms are still valid, but I could download the newer versions and use those if I wanted.

I just downloaded the newer version to be safe, and wanted to type them out instead of write. But, I'm sure the ones they send will be fine.
