Letter and Proof of Meeting

I was wondering if you all could comment on my letter of meeting in the past 2 years concerning the I-129F. Let me know if it's good enough or what I should do to make it better. Here it is:

I Andrew James Solomon first met Anna Polak in August of 2006 while she was visiting the United States of America on a tourist visa. We saw each other on a weekly basis for three months regularly before she had to return to Poland on November 16, 2006. After her return we remained in contact with each other using the Internet. We corresponded for five months via e-mail, instant messaging, Long distance phone calls, letters by mail, and Internet communications programs. On April 14, 2006 I flew from the Washington/ Dulles International Airport (IAD) on a connecting flight to Krakow/ Balice Airport (KRK) to be with Anna. I spent 2 months in the town of Mszana Dolna living with Anna before having to return on June 14, 2006 to the United States of America. We got engaged on May 24, 2006 after I surprised Anna by asking her to marry me.

Documents of support will be:

1. Date/Time stamped photo's in front of the Mszana Dolna street sign, Balice Airport sign, other random street signs.

2. Copy of passport stamps

3. Boarding Passes and Itinerary

4. electronic ticket receipt

5. engagement ring reciept

6. e-mails planning the trip

Do you think this all should be good enough?

you dont' need a letter. you can simply answer that question by saying: met in USA 8/05 (i'm assuming '05 since 8/06 isn't here yet ... typo on your part)

then you need to provide evidence of your 8/2005 meeting.

There has been RFE's in the past for additional details re Q18. Some of which quiet recently. Using Q18 to detail the circumstances of having met and how this established the relationship is then backed up by the evidence one submits. Like all other questions on the I-129F where evidence is required eg any prior marriages and being free to marry is backed up any divorce certificates; US citizenship is backed up by providing copy of passport, birth certificate etc. Everything submitted is in relation to the I-129F...not additionally to. Yes many have gotten away with only a very short answer to Q18, but others havent. Why take the risk when in ones own words they are given the opportunity to describe in some detail how they met within the required 2 year period and back that up by the evidence submitted, thus assisting greatly in creating an image in the minds eye of the adjudicator that one satisfies this requirement.

Anyway, what are you including for proof of relationship? I think I would throw the engangement ring receipt in there.

A question relating to this, when writing my letter, should I mention multiple times we've see each other in the 2 year time period? Or should I just focus on one (the first one)?

Yes include a statement of how you met. What you have is good.

You can probably focus on the first time you met in the evidence of meeting section, then mention the multiple times you've seen each other in the proof of relationship section. IMHO, it's better to overload them with information than to not send enough.
