Hello again everyone..I've been thinking this a lot..now i am here to ask your help..about question no 22 on DS230 form, i work last 2004 but only 3 months..I think I will write it down, but my problem is, i do not have proff that i work before, coz i lost my pay check ,did the consul will going to ask me for proff that i work before? btw I am the benificiary...thanks in advance

if taxes were withheld from your paycheck, and (or) you have some form of a work related (or otherwise) social security number, then by all means INCLUDE that in your DS-230 whether or not you can prove such...ONLY if you have a SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER should this question raise concerns...if you don't then don't worry

Hello again,

My hubby(petitioner) received the DS 3032 as well as AOS Bill, but I haven’t received the DS 3032 (Choice of Agent) yet from NVC. As far as I know, the NVC will generate and send a copy of Form DS-3032 to the alien as well at the same time.

My questions are;

1. Will I be receiving the DS 3032 directly from NVC in my home address?

It's in my thought that since we received already my case number, this means that I can send the form of DS-3032 through email. I'm really kind of worried about it because my husband has no extensive background in terms of processing documents.

We talked about this and I told my husband(petitioner) to send DS-3032 through email but he told me that it's a lot better for us to send it through express mail. He told me to download the form from the internet and then after typing the important info, I'll sign my signature and immediately send it through LBC to his address.I'm kind of confused about it. :help: Which way is a lot better, more advisable, and safer? After sending this form, what's the next step?

One thing more, I'd like to include these as my questions here (Other info: When I did my biographical form, I wrote my complete name when I was single e.g. Erin Ballesteros Villanueva, I didn’t use my hubby’s last name yet, and I did sign it with my signature when I was still single (when I filled it up, I haven’t had my signature with my hubby’s last name so I just used my signature when I was single).

If I received that DS3032, will I write my complete name with my hubby’s last name or will I write the same info just like what I wrote in my biographical form? Will I use my new signature with my hubby’s last name or just my signature that I’ve used before in my biographical form?

Pls advice. Thanks a lot.

They are accepting Email DS-3032. We did not file a hard copy at all. Just include the information recommended in Ling Che's shortcuts for your email. (Basically same info contained in the form).

We used the maiden name everywhere, until the final document (IV application form DS-230). In that form my wife switched over to her married name. On that form it asks for other names so she included her maiden name which matched it up to all the other forms. I don't recommend this method, but it workd for us. It would have been better to use the married name from beginning to end with the only problem related to the name in the passport etc.

Hello to everyone. :D I'd like to ask regarding DS-3032, my hubby just received the AOS Bill and a copy of Form DS-3032 yesterday (March 29,2009). Ahm, will I be receiveing a copy of Form DS-3032 from NVC at the same time?Who's gonna fill it up, is it me or my hubby? Pls advice. Thanks.

Your petitioner can fill ip up but the benificiary still need to make the petitioner if they choose to as the AGENT... the DS230 will be the benificiary as she need to signed it.

if ds 3032, is what your asking, you can emal the NVC.indicating there whose your agent and the address of your agent.the beneficiary must be the one to inform the NVC about the choice of agent.

You fill out and sign ds230 Part I

You fill out only ds230 Part II NOT SIGNED. The beneficiary signs it in the interview.

http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3194.html

Please fill out the DS-230 Part I and Part II completely. If a question does not apply to the applicant then the applicant must mark it with “N/A”.

Note: The applicant should sign Part I only at this time. Part II of the form must be signed at the time of the applicant’s visa interview.

Please resend them the papers since you will get RFE for incomplete Part II.

Hope this helps and good luck.

Simply means RequestForEvidence RFE. Whenever NVC sees an incomplete application or if they need something, they will contact you and hold off on the processing. Just delays the process.

Don't worry, many people get it but stay on top of things. Good luck!

Your petitioner can fill up the forms but the benificiary still need to make the petitioner, if choose to, as the AGENT... the DS230 will be sign by benificiary and forward to petitioner if he/she the agent of choice.

if ds 3032, is what your asking, you can emial the NVC indicating there whose your agent and the address of your agent the beneficiary must be the one to inform the NVC about the choice of agent.

@@ cath, for correcting me but I meant to say the benificiary choose the agent...! :bonk:

Hello again, I'm kind of confused today because my hubby called me and told me to download the Biographical form and fill it up again...huhuhu :crying: He told me that we commited mistake when I wrote my last name when I was single, supposedly I should have written my hubby's last name in that form. I'm kind of undecided on what to write in my DS-3032 (Choice of Agent), what will I write? Is it my last name that I used in the biographical form or the last name of my hubby? My hubby made a letter already showing that we committed mistakes in our biographical form, and will be sent on Monday to NVC. Is this advisable? Oh my gosh, I'm really worried about it. I don't know what to do....Pls do help me... :help:

Before processing our papers, I changed the status of my passport already, I used my hubbby's last name in my it. Is this ok?

Changing your passport in your hubbys last name is ok, it is you should do, since you are married already and for the ds3032, i suggest to make your husband as your agent, write your husbands name , his address ,contact number and email add.. you can look at this shourtcut if you like

http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/..._IV_Package.29:

maybe your hubby need to call the NVC as well to know the response asap, writing them email and letter will took so long , for email it will took 10 days before they response, this is only a suggestion, i know some here in VJ encounter same problem that you have...goddluck :) ..dont worry to much, everything will be fine
