Because Canadians don't need to get a visitor visa to enter the US; on the DS-230 under when you have entered the US an what visa type all I am able to enter is the Dates and Where (ie 10-2008 to 11-2008) and visa type i entered N/A, would this be correct?

Also Question 34, were you assisted in completing this form... for my Kids, I have filled out the form. Do I select 'Yes' they were assisted?

Yes and yes - then enter your info in as the person who assisted and your relationship to them.

Now, because the kids are only in elementary school should that be entered under question # 23?
