how long does it take after we send DS-230 to the NVC with civil documents to get mail for the interview appointment and what do we have to bring there too????

when can i get my medical done????

DS-230 goes to NVC for CR1 not typically for K-3 as almost all processing for a K-3 is done at the consulate level. Are you sure you are understanding what is happening here?

nope not sure, all this is driving me crazy, what i know is we did send out ds -230 and waiting now for the appointment at the consulat..........i hope u guys are some help for me

If you are dealing with NVC now, then you are submitting documents in preparation for an immigrant (CR/IR) visa. This is different than a K-3, so flush your mind of all things K-3. If you don't, you will ask the wrong questions and get wrong answers, as the processes are different
