Hello everyone... i hope we all get some good news this week.... just wanted to ask a question... hubby just received the IRS transcripts today (woo-hoo!!) so 2006 and 2007 transcripts plus 2008 tax return and W-2 for 2008 will be fine?

Updates on my side: I just called NVC and talked to an operator. She confirmed that system is showing they received 'a mail' today. She didn't say anything further. I was bit nervous about the package getting there on time because the barcode sheet shows zip code as "03801-2909" but UPS guy told me it is better to send it to "03801-2901" since that is a confirmed address.

Did you tried to login to NVC website where we did payment...for both of you what does it says, I paid it but now it showing as not paid..what about you people...

I just logged in this morning and both says PAID on both invoice and receipt pages.

I guess I can officially join this thread now - I FedExed the package today so it will be on someone's desk tomorrow :innocent: I couldn't bear to check the thing again before sending - just hope and pray it's all in order and no RFEs will come my way. I am in the same boat HSB. I sent both AOS and IV packages last week and FedEx confirmed delivery on Friday (March 20). The AVR says they have the documents. Talked to a rep once yesterday (March 25) and she wasn't very friendly and said to give it 2-4 weeks. It really matters who you get on the phone with these guys. I have had extremely nice and very helpful people and reps that are definitely on the other end of the spectrum.

What is the AVR? Is there a way to track our case on line? The NVC just received our final paperwork on Monday, 4/6 and I called today to see if there is a way to track it but they said no....please share if there is a way. Thank you! :dance:
