As for me, here is my latest update:

woohoooooooooooooooooo our review has officially begun today!! 2 different operators both confirmed this just now!! OMG so excitedddddddddd!! :dance: Come on NVC!! Quick case complete with no RFEs by April 9th at the latest, prettyyyyyyy pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee :star::star::star:

good for you, hope you'll get your case completed quickly so they can set an appointement for you next week

my case is still under review, the AVR was not updated since march 24th it still says NVC found documents missing or incomplete ..... :wacko: i'll try to talk to an operator later hope i'll hear good news today, wish me good luck :star:

On my side, I called NVC few minutes ago and they said they don't see my AOS/IV package in the system yet. This means, my packages are probably sitting somewhere waiting to be scanned and entered into the system...

Mine weren't input in the system till yesterday (took approximately 3 days..It took some VJers an average of 5-6 days). Good luck and hope ur paperwork shows up soon!

i need to hear case completed to feel better :crying: and then i'll start worrying about interview date and then after getting the date i'll start worrying about medical appointement and then about the interview and then about taking the plane to come to usa :wacko: this is too much for my nerfs :bonk:

I agree...my nerves have been shot big time during this whole process. Imagine what it felt like to wait 230 days just to get an approval!! :crying:

Is ur hold up primarily cz of ur IV bill mess? Is it still showing as not paid? Ours reflected to paid on Monday and I believe urs did too, didn't it?

230!!!!! this is too much :blink: i was approved in 41 days and i feel so blessed when i see timelines like yours

the only problem we had with this whole process is the IV bill fee, on monday it changed to paid and the operators kept telling us it's under final review, did u call them today...?

hi I sent DS-230 and supporting documents a week ago and got miss document request today. The NVC is asking my(I am the petitioner, I am petitioning my parents ) first marriage certificate. I got my green card through employment few years ago, not by my current marriage. It is very hard to get notarized marriage certificate, because that marriage took place before I came to US many years ago. Is there a way I can pass the hurdle? I don't have my old country identification to get the certificate and I don't want to travel a long way.Is there a flexible way to solve the problem?

Well I mailed in my RFE for my AOS on the 27 they said it is still under review , I am praying that there is no more RFE and that i get a case complete soon and a interview date for next month.

Princess, I seriously think you will hear from a supervisor soon. I am not sure I will get a case complete on the same day as you since ur review started way before mine. I will be glad if somehow I get lucky and have a case complete by Thurs. and an interview date by Friday just in time for the weekend. Like u said gotta keep hoping :star:

I can't wait to go home from work and call NVC to see what's new. I hope they won't RFE us for 2008 taxes. I have yet to file!!

Well I mailed in my RFE for my AOS on the 27 they said it is still under review , I am praying that there is no more RFE and that i get a case complete soon and a interview date for next month.

Do you mind me asking what ur AOS RFE was for?

03/05/09: K3 and I 130 both approved! FINALLY after 230 emotionally trying days @ VSC!!

03/06/2009 : NVC Received; 03/09/09 Case Number Assigned; 03/10/09 K3 stuck in AP

03/17/2009 : AOS/IV fee bills generated (by email @ 10:00 p.m.); 03/18/2009 : AOS/IV fee bills paid online

03/27/2009 : AOS/DS 230 package sent to NVC; 04/02/2009 : AOS & DS-230 entered into NVC system

04/14/2009 : Found out K3 was forwarded to the consulate in Leb and CR1 stuck in AP; 04/18/09: K3 delivered

04/20/09: WOOHOO CR1 already out of AP; DS 230/AOS accepted with no RFEs!! Sign in failed on NVC payment site.

04/21/09: MAGIC CASE COMPLETE @ 4:30 P.M. THANK U GOD!!!

04/27/09: Hubby passed his medical; CR1 interview assigned for June 17th By NVC; but changed to MAY 12th after emailing embassy on 05/05/09 )

Princess, I seriously think you will hear from a supervisor soon. I am not sure I will get a case complete on the same day as you since ur review started way before mine. I will be glad if somehow I get lucky and have a case complete by Thurs. and an interview date by Friday just in time for the weekend. Like u said gotta keep hoping :star:

I can't wait to go home from work and call NVC to see what's new. I hope they won't RFE us for 2008 taxes. I have yet to file!!

Hi everybody, Of course I feel the same... New Week New Hope :star:

I just check the IV Fee and the Status has changed to PAID... Finally!! I hope this will be a good sign and my case will be completed Soon...

GS4EVER, i'm working too and like u I think the same... "I can't wait to go home from work and call NVC to see what's new".

My hubby is busy right now, but he'll call today. I'm waiting and praying for good news ....
