i've just talked to an operator and she told me that our case is under its final review , how much time do you think it will take them to complete our case, i'm fed up with this waiting :angry:

I just sent out both AOS and IV packages today. I am still little worried though because I have not included anything about 2008 taxes in AOS package. I plan to apply for extension this year and I hope that does not cause any issue in completing the case.

02/24/2009 Case is in Vermont Processing Center (told by the USCIS by calling the free phone line)

03/02/2009 NOA2 mailed, application approved!!!! (47 days since we mailed I-130 package)

03/05/2009 NVC Received Case / Case number assigned

03/12/2009 DS-3032 / AOS fee bill generated and e-mailed to us, 03/12/2009 I e-mailed and snail mailed DS-3032 and paid AOS fee bill online

03/18/2009 NVC received DS-3032 and it was entered into the system (I never received email confirmation)

03/20/2009 IV Bill generated and I paid online

03/30/2009 Sent I-864 package to NVC, 03/31/2009 Sent DS-230 package to NVC

04/01/2009 IV fee shows unpaid, 04/03/2009 documents are under review (confirmed by operator)

AVR is still saying that IV bill has been generated and that I should return the paid bill to St. Louis facility?! What does that mean? I thought it was all NH.

I believe you will be fine with those photocopies...most of us only get computer printouts for tax returns anyway ( e-filing)...the main originals they want to see is marriage cert, birth cert, PCC. What am I forgetting?

Yes, exactly. I am hoping that it will be accepted. Everything else, I sent originals. Will keep everyone posted so that others can learn from our possible mistakes.

Oceansea.... did you just send Tax Return and W-2 for 2008 and not for the other years as well? coz i was thinking of doing same since hubby is deployed and very difficult to get the transcripts

Princess, u r VERY VERY close to case completion. One person I know was told the case is in final review and 3 days later it was completed! Hang in there! What I wouldn't give to be in ur shoes!!

my case is still under review, the AVR was not updated since march 24th it still says NVC found documents missing or incomplete ..... :wacko: i'll try to talk to an operator later hope i'll hear good news today, wish me good luck :star:

@Princess, I hope things work out for you soon....

On my side, I called NVC few minutes ago and they said they don't see my AOS/IV package in the system yet. This means, my packages are probably sitting somewhere waiting to be scanned and entered into the system...

08/31/2012 - Received email from USCIS saying the package is accepted
09/11/2012 - Received a letter saying case transferred Lee's Summit, MO
02/15/2013 - Received an email saying case is approved
02/22/2013 - I-130 NOA2 hard copy received

03/12/2013 - Petitioners' email corrected, Beneficiary's email added

As for me, here is my latest update:

woohoooooooooooooooooo our review has officially begun today!! 2 different operators both confirmed this just now!! OMG so excitedddddddddd!! :dance: Come on NVC!! Quick case complete with no RFEs by April 9th at the latest, prettyyyyyyy pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee :star::star::star:

my case is still under review, the AVR was not updated since march 24th it still says NVC found documents missing or incomplete ..... :wacko: i'll try to talk to an operator later hope i'll hear good news today, wish me good luck :star:

Hi!

We are waiting because they must fix the UNPAID IV Fee... The operator said "there's a misscomunication between the sistem and the AVR" so now we need that they change the status to PAID... they have everything they need from us.

Yesterday we received an email, saying "please send missing information listed... AOS" and that was because i sent the DS-230 on march 16th and my husband sent the AOS on march 23th.... The sistem is completely delayed :blink:

I can´t sleep thinking about "Case Completed" :(
