:ot: My computer is acting and I cannot be online as often as usual. The internet is too slow and it takes 4ever for one page to load. I believe I am running low on memory... :ot2:

hehe I've wanted to use those offtopic back to topic guys for a long time :lol:

Congrats to all of those who got case complete and those who have to endure yet another weekend w/o any news, I am right there with you, hoping our CR1 will be released from the grips of AP so it can be sent to consulate in time for hubby's K3 interview.

The consulate just received our K3 this morning and it was signed for by ASAAD :P Now we wait for them to call hubby to come pick up his appointment package and assign an interview date.

03/05/09: K3 and I 130 both approved! FINALLY after 230 emotionally trying days @ VSC!!

03/06/2009 : NVC Received; 03/09/09 Case Number Assigned; 03/10/09 K3 stuck in AP

03/17/2009 : AOS/IV fee bills generated (by email @ 10:00 p.m.); 03/18/2009 : AOS/IV fee bills paid online

03/27/2009 : AOS/DS 230 package sent to NVC; 04/02/2009 : AOS & DS-230 entered into NVC system

04/14/2009 : Found out K3 was forwarded to the consulate in Leb and CR1 stuck in AP; 04/18/09: K3 delivered

04/20/09: WOOHOO CR1 already out of AP; DS 230/AOS accepted with no RFEs!! Sign in failed on NVC payment site.

04/21/09: MAGIC CASE COMPLETE @ 4:30 P.M. THANK U GOD!!!

Don't worry, you will probably get the magic words later today. If I remember correctly, you did get the log in error on the website. So by end of day today, you should here the magic words!!!

Vivian, the next wait is hardly delightful, in fact, exact opposite! They've told most of us to wait till 2nd or 3rd week of May to check for interview schedules. So don't worry, you'll be with us very soon :)

Our RFE response has been processed finally and now we are waiting for the outcome of the review...

The operator said to give it two to four weeks, but I am really hoping this week everything is finished on the NVC level...

Dated since 2004, 10/22/2008 Married in NY, wife left the country, returns on 01/06/2009 as a visitor (granted stay until July 2009)

01/15/2009 Sent I-130 package for CR1 to Chicago Lock Box, 01/19/2009 USCIS Chicago received the application

01/26/2009 USCIS sent out NOA1, 01/28/2009 Moneygrams Order cashed

02/24/2009 Case is in Vermont Processing Center (told by the USCIS by calling the free phone line)

03/02/2009 NOA2 mailed, application approved!!!! (47 days since we mailed I-130 package)

03/05/2009 NVC Received Case / Case number assigned

03/12/2009 DS-3032 / AOS fee bill generated and e-mailed to us, 03/12/2009 I e-mailed and snail mailed DS-3032 and paid AOS fee bill online

03/18/2009 NVC received DS-3032 and it was entered into the system (I never received email confirmation)
