Ok, in most of the cases I see this pattern of people getting their cases completed in exact 7 days after the DS-230 is in the system.

With that thought I hope my case is completed by tomorrow

Is that 7 calendar days or 7 business days? Did you include weekends?

7 days including weekends

WOOHOOOOOOO that's great Look at us getting excited over an ERROR sign hehe

I called today and asked if Our CR1 was still in AP and instead of It can take an undertermined amount of time , I got, Call back in a week...hmmmm do they know something I don't know? Are they wrapping up our AP already? (I mean it would make sense that our CR1 AP be way shorter considereing our K3 was just released from AP jail in 34 days. I don't want to get my hopes up, probably just the operator getting me to stop calling every day.... )

and they lost police report

fixing to mail it in soon

to get that completed do another interview ad get green card K-3 not much help

hi, yes, my AOS was ok and DS-230 as well except that they are asking additional papers for J-1 visa i was on in the us in 2003, dear lord. now i am waiting RFE response to be processed and reviewed and hopefully not another RFE. have no idea how long it takes...

I just called NVC (8:30pm Thurs night USA time) and the operator told me that they are processing my case and that they seem to have all the documents they need. She said the case should hopefully complete soon and to call on Monday! - I thought that when you get the error in the log in screen of the website, it means its complete?????

OMG Aruba, what a nightmare this whole NVC journey has been for u!! I am stuck there as well... Hope u get ur case complete soon! U have camped there way too long!

oceansea1, I know it sucks but hang in there. It seems the only thing missing now is ur J-1 visa and then u should be home free!

How incredibly annoying, Corinne. I guess all you can do is call in 45 minutes when they open and see if you can find out what it is that's "missing". Why don't they email these things! As soon as you find out, you can jump on it and get it sorted out. Really, it's like being tortured ... nearly there, nearly there, oops, not yet ... Tell us what they say anyway.
