Hi everybody...

This morning i finally found the "error message".... BUT ...Hubby called and they said that we are still on process.... and i felt like :girlwerewolf2xn: but then the operator said " Call some time next week and it will be completed and with interview dates" at this moment i was :blink: confused.... then i was happy :energy: with hopes again... then i was angry :angry: because many times they said wrong or confused information....

So.... i don't know what to expect :wacko: again is ALMOST done.... not DONE

I am so livid!!! :ranting:

AOS and DS230 have been accepted and we are being held up because NVC has yet to fix the issue with the IV bill showing pending in their system. NVC is delaying Case complete for no apparent reason :protest:

dont worry.. a little more patiece... i think NVC is now in no hurry as May scheduling is over and june is far yet ..so they want us to hang up for little longer i guess.. lol....

nothing new in my case .. the waiting is killing.. :angry: but we dont hv option .. hope to listen some good news by end of this week.

Yeah guys, I agree with K.D. This whole stress is making us go nuts outta our minds........B/w yesterday and today I have felt all sorts of emotions from depression to anger to frustration to helpnessness, but I finally was able to get myself to a calmer place by thinking the long part of the journey is gone. After all today is day 271 since we filed our I 130. So 2 more mons. till June will go by as well. It won't be easy but at least we are now closer to the finish line.

I am observing the DHL tracking for our K3...at least it keeps me sane and busy :whistle: . Something moving is better than nothing at all :hehe:

03/05/09: K3 and I 130 both approved! FINALLY after 230 emotionally trying days @ VSC!!

03/06/2009 : NVC Received; 03/09/09 Case Number Assigned; 03/10/09 K3 stuck in AP

03/17/2009 : AOS/IV fee bills generated (by email @ 10:00 p.m.); 03/18/2009 : AOS/IV fee bills paid online

03/27/2009 : AOS/DS 230 package sent to NVC; 04/02/2009 : AOS & DS-230 entered into NVC system

04/14/2009 : Found out K3 was forwarded to the consulate in Leb and CR1 stuck in AP; 04/18/09: K3 delivered

I called yesterday but did not talk to operator, Our DS230 is not in there system yet since they just receive it yesterday. I send my Ds230 via fedEx that is why I was able to track my package . hopefully today they will put it in there sytem or maybe tomorrow. :innocent:

my RFE response is still not in the system...the operator was clueless this morning about why i received RFE...just waiting...

Dated since 2004, 10/22/2008 Married in NY, wife left the country, returns on 01/06/2009 as a visitor (granted stay until July 2009)

01/15/2009 Sent I-130 package for CR1 to Chicago Lock Box, 01/19/2009 USCIS Chicago received the application

01/26/2009 USCIS sent out NOA1, 01/28/2009 Moneygrams Order cashed

02/24/2009 Case is in Vermont Processing Center (told by the USCIS by calling the free phone line)

03/02/2009 NOA2 mailed, application approved!!!! (47 days since we mailed I-130 package)

03/05/2009 NVC Received Case / Case number assigned

03/12/2009 DS-3032 / AOS fee bill generated and e-mailed to us, 03/12/2009 I e-mailed and snail mailed DS-3032 and paid AOS fee bill online

03/18/2009 NVC received DS-3032 and it was entered into the system (I never received email confirmation)

03/20/2009 IV Bill generated and I paid online

With that thought I hope my case is completed by tomorrow :D
