waiting for case complete as IV bill not fixed

I was told IV bill issue doesnt hold up the case .So dont worry.Yesterday morning I called like for the 10000000th time to have it fixed and the operator said to call tomorrow to check the status.After couple of hours online payment signon failed .I called again around 11:30 pm and case was completed.So I guess it doesnt matter as they were also able to see I made my payment .As long as u have the payment cover sheet,ur okay....

Everyone, I just tried to log in to the website and was able to see both my bills showing as PAID. I was hoping to get the error to let me know my case is complete :-(

Also, I know alot of you are suffering physically and mentally from all the stress. I too have been really feeling it. Lack of sleep, bad diet...but I find going to Gym really helps relieves my stress. The only problem now is that I am not allowed to go to Gym until my neck improves So my stress is coming back! I miss my husband :crying: :crying: :crying: Sorry to be so negative...I am in pain from my neck, and I miss my husband heaps

Hey HSB,

You have nothing to worry about, just give it a couple more business days. I was waiting to hear my case to be complete too and calling the NVC everyday at 11:30PM after I got back from class...oh man...I hated it.

Anyway, insha'allah it'll work out. My husbands coming out to the Dhaka consulate too...insha'allah they both have a clean interview...it's insane what people have to go through there.

i sent the aos and ds 230 on friday...i have called many times, they still havent recieved it. i did send it expedite, didnt know there was an option to certify it...i hope it all isnt lost, Allah forbid......um soooo scarrrred....ok ill be patient to hear the words at least "recieved"...then ill be patient for the words---case complete....aww this wait is sooo hard, havent seen my hubby for 364 days as of today....and my hubby hasnt seen our baby yet either, she is turning 8 months on the 16th......pray hard with me guys....i appreciate you all updating....

I think it's too early to worry about it being lost. Keep in mind Friday was a holiday. The post office can take 3-5 business days to deliver, after which the NVC takes 2-3 business days to upload. So maybe by end of this week or early next week NVC will have your files in their system.

I know sometimes can be really hard but soon we will be celebrating together with our interview dates I'm really hoping to hear some good news till friday. I hope it happens the same way to you.

Hi there, Corinne. I tried the log-in thing too - still getting PAID. No change in AVR. I'm too nervous to speak to a rep! I'm stressed out too, but am having a busy week at work which gets my mind off for a bit each day.

Re your neck, not knowing anything about this, I'm inclined to agree with HSB. If it were me, I'd probably not bring it up, or else if pressed would make light of it. Will you be covered by your husband's health insurance in the US? You probably know how expensive medical care is here if you need any ongoing therapy. I'm Australian too (dual citizen). In the meantime, can you get therapeutic massages that might help relieve the stress too?

Yep, Good Friday. By the way, you can look at other people's timeline to estimate your case completion, just to give you some idea and set expectations. For instance, most people get their case entered into the system in 3 business days from the time NVC receives your mail. Case entered into the system means they've begun the review. Once the review begins, it's anywhere for 5 to 10 business days to complete the case assuming there is no RFEs. If you don't hear about RFE in first 5 or 6 business days after your case has begin reviewing, then chances are you won't get RFEs...

WOW I am already stressed out and so depressed and we don't even have a baby. I can imagine how tough this must be for u. I hope u and ur SO can soon be reunited!! This whole process is unfair and the added stress so not funny!! My prayers are with u

I can relate with the stress and everything. Hubby and I were checking the website religiously too hoping for the same msg..no wonder it was not changing to error since we are held up in AP jail @ NVC and our case cannot be completed until AP is over...bummmer Meanwhile, Our K3 just showed up on the DHL website so we have something to look forward to while we wait for our CR1 to be released from NVC grips

Goodmorning all, just woke up and checked the website. I can still log in and see the bills paid :crying

I don't want to call them because I just don't want to hear 2-4 weeks BS! The AVR still says 6-8weeks....

Its been 4 business days....but on a positive note, no RFE.

Hey Vivian, its actually a workers compo claim as I had the accident on the way home from work. I had to get a solicitor to make sure that if I have any issues when I am in the US that they will still pick up the medical bills. This shouldn't have anything to do with my hubbys insurance which he has put me on anyway. I am having physio at the moment and it is feeling a bit better. But I don't think I will mention anything...well it depends what questions they ask e.g. when were you last hospitalised, then I will have to come clean because I was taken to hospital after the accident.

Fingers crossed it all goes smoothly.
