I have a question to anyone, I only Emailed DS-3032 and I didn't send a hard copy, do I have to send a hard copy too ?

so far in my everything sames to be just fine, but when I read about others cases almost everybody sends a hard copy

any suggestion !!

Hi Ta!

I sent my DS3032 via hardcopy as well as emailing it to them....I didn't want to give them any excuse to delay. I sent if via ordinary speed registered mail as they had already acknowledged my email.

One good news, my case is COMPLETE....

Yey!!!!!!! I was expecting, even hoping, I would hear the same boring message I've been hearing for past 8 days.... I didn't want to hear "missing document" message. When I called this morning, I called and it said, your case was completed on April 13,... To make sure I wasn't dreaming, i verified it again.... And just now, I tried to login to online fees payment website and it says

Sign In Failed

* Please be advised that the case that you have attempted to access is not eligible for further processing by the National Visa Center at this time. Please click on the Contact the NVC hyperlink if you believe that you have received this message in error

I also feel little guilty because it was not fair to get my case completed when other people who sent the papers before me are waiting. I sincerely hope everyone gets their happy day soon.

I just tried to sign into the NVC payment processing and I got in and both status said paid. I am so depressed, I was hoping to get Sign In Failed so I know I am near case completion. The wait continues.

Hey, I have a question and welcome anyones advice. I had a car accident 2 months ago. It took me about 6 weeks to recover from the injury to my neck which was bad whiplash. All was fine and only last week it started troubling me again. I have gone back to the Doctor and have to continue with physio etc. Do you think this will be an issue for my medical? I can still move quite well except turning my neck really hurts and lifting heaving things...appreciate any advice.

Just email is fine,.

i never sent any hard copybut emailed them twice from different accounts.After seven days of sending the first email,we sent the second one.In about 12-14 days first one was accepted.

I was able to find this information on our consulate website (http://chennai.usconsulate.gov/appointment_schedule.html). I quickly tried to look at Naples, Italy consulate site but couldn't find it (http://italy.usembassy.gov/visa/default.asp). Maybe someone from same embassy as you can answer your question.

ok, i just found out what was an RFE for and i am so angry right now. i was an exchange student twice in the US on a J-1 visa and i attached the separate list for that along with my ds-230. apparently, they are requesting evidence that i was not subject to 2-year residency rule that usually goes with j-1 visa...i am mailing it to them this very moment...but the thing was self-explanatory as i was granted f-1 visa for my master's twice after j-1 visa period...oh god...

pls let me know when ur interview is assigned,another member suggested me to call every day to inquire,his interview was scheduled end of the month as he was calling,so perhaps they never close scheduling.God knows

Did you try to log in to online fee payment yesterday.It started giving me this error yesterday around 9:30 and i posted it on VJ and members told me that you usually get this error when your case is in process of completion which was true.An error bringing good news for the first time in my life.

Hope every one here has their cases completed soon.It was just monday yesterday and lot of cases were completed.Perhaps they are not concentrating on interview scheduling now and thus giving all their time for case completion to be able to get june interviews.So lets hope for the best guys.

Thansk atk_721. Frankly speaking, I am just going to take it easy on getting an interview date. I know I missed the May boat so it doesn't matter much. Weird thing is though, last night, I did check that online fee pay website to see if I get error (around 11:30pm ET) and I did not. So this completion was good surprise. I did try to login this morning and got the same error that you did.

Thanks I agree with Corinne, sending hard copy is not required. Lot of people have just sent email and got accepted. IN my case though, my hard copy worked (since I sent it UPS Next Day) and accepted sooner than email copy. Did you get an auto response back from NVC when you emailed your DS-3032?

Wow... that is a weird RFE... I never heard of this one. My husband was here on B1 visa for like 6 weeks and in back of my mind, I was bit confused if it was going to harm or help us in this process. We at least know it didn't harm us. oceansea1, even with this RFE, I am sure you'll be with us in the same interview waiting list... so no worries I hope things work out for you.. Good luck!!

I just called NVC and the operator told me ,my case has been completed today.....

Interview will most likely be scheduled in 2nd week of may according to her but there is no guarantee.
