Hi Folks,

Just had a postal confirmation that my package was delivered to CSC. Can anyone tell how long it takes to hear from CSC regarding my NOA and date for biometrics, all things being equal?

Some of you may tell how hesitant and curious one is, especially at this transition period, lol!

I would be curious about this as well.

I see my cashed check in my bank dated 3/16 and they received the packet 3/12. I'm just hoping they don't screw up my mailing address like they did for the visa notices. Please tell Franklocks and me how long it took to get your NOA after they received your packet.

And good luck Franklocks!

I never received an NOA for my Removal of Conditions, but if you don't receive an NOA within 30 days call the 1-800 line and talk with an immigration officer (not the person who answers the call but have your call forwarded to an officer who can give you status update on your case). Generally, you should receive the NOA within a few weeks after its arrival at the CPC and the biometrics within a month after that, although that too can vary.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

Hi,

Thanx for ur response. I am just curious again to find out from you how u are able to get past those guys who first respond when u call the 1-800 line at USCIS? I have had some terrible experiences with them when u ask for a specific case and they talk about something else.

Hey franklocks,

just an update on my situation....

Today my wife received her biometrics appointment letter.

We never got the NOA.

Lorna sent packet 3/9 priority mail

Received 3/12

Personal Check cleared 3/16

Received Bio Appointment 3/30 (scheduled for 4/15)

So it took 18 days from the time they received our packet to today when we received the Bio appointment letter.

If we don't get the NOA before we go to the bio appointment, we will ask them to stamp her passport for the 1yr extension.

Hope this is helpful for you...... Take care, Mike
