Dear Sinergy,

Nobody is jealous from anything in this forum. We are here to help each other and we just comment our experiences.

If they told you at the biometric appointment that you are going to receive your card in 2 weeks is fine, what we know is the biometric appointment is the first thing that they send to you, they don't know if your case is going to get the approval because nobody take a look in your case yet.

actually the interview ive seen in LOTS of cases is the first thing before bio...im just saying, theres more negative posts in here than positive, and its sad. and my case was looked at, as i even recieved the approval in the mail today.

 Ain't buying it. I doubt you are "that" special that you are the first person to ever get this kind of treatment. and I'm certainly NOT jealous. I mean, we could all make up stories.

 dont really need you to buy it, i have the hardcopy. and trust me, as long as ive been on here and seen everything, im hardly the first person to recieve it so quickly.

ive never lied about my husbands immigration process...kinda stupid and pointless to start now. :bonk:

Sinergy,

What kind of immigration process are you talking about when you mention the first thing in a lots of cases the interview is before the biometric appointment?

Thank you, to let us know.

By the way, Congrats for your husband's 10 years green card.

By the other hand, I dont think so you are the first person who received it so quick, there are ppl who received in less than a month. It all depend about the Office which receive your case.

Congrats on the Green Card  I assume your local office is Jacksonville, FL and you did indeed file at the CSC as your information suggests. Nice of them to let you file there when the rest of us in the SE file in Vermont. Maybe that is the trick for us VSC'ers is to file in the wrong service center.

The 11-18-2008 must be a typo in her timeline because her very first post indicates she filed on Feb 16. hmmmmm. Based on her timeline info and AOS approval of 11/14 if they did file on Feb 16 they would have been 90 days over or so. I'm sure USCIS would issue a prompt approval with that kind of attention to detail. Cest La Vie!
