Hello all friends ,

I wanted to ask that after arrival on K3 VISA will i get 2 years or 10 years Green Card ? And my prayers are with all VJ memebers that GOD will make our visa process smooth and easy and APROOVE us .

Thank you

You won't get ANY GC on arrival. That's for the CR/IRs. If married for more than 2 years you'll get the 10 year card when you are approved to adjust status.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

If your AOS is approved before you have been married for 2 years, you will get the 2 yr card and have to lift conditions.

IF your AOS is approved AFTER you have been married 2 years, you will get the 10 card.

I hope that helps

"you fondle my trigger then you blame my gun"

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive, and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!

Their is not a particular or special GC that you get because you are a K-3... It is based on the age of the marriage when the AOS process is approved

YMMV
