On the I-134 it asks other personal property owned? Do i put my car down? It is worth $17,000 but i still owe 11,000. Or should i just leave this part blank?

If you earn at your job more than the guideline amounts, STOP. You do not need to include any other asset information.

You can only count your car as an asset if you have 2 of them. Then if you do, you would only be able to show only $6000.00 for the value (total-loan) - (not sure if they want the blue book value).

But as Gary and Alla said - unless you need to make up the income difference for the poverty level needed - you do not need to show assets.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS
