timelines NVC# to IIN

I spoke to the operator this morning, she said that they are using email for correspondence now, after everything is "entered into" the system we'll receive an email with the IIN, probably 2 weeks. Is it still worth the time to keep calling to get the IIN? Are their still operators giving it out? Is the real timeline 2 weeks?

Consulate : Bogota, Colombia

Marriage : 2008-11-27

I-130 Sent : 2009-01-21

I-130 NOA1 : 2009-01-28

I-130 Approved : 2009-03-11

NVC Received : 2009-03-24

DS3032 Emailed and Automatic Response received: 2009-03-25

My case was received by NVC on 17th and got email with AOS bill and IIN# on 21st. So, about 5 days for me.

09/11/2012 - Received a letter saying case transferred Lee's Summit, MO

Have you called them and provided them with your and your spouse's email address? I called them the day after I got my case # and provided them with my email address. I wonder if that helped...

I did the same thing as you champi and i got all my stuff this morning....well actually around 12:30am...didn't know they worked that late...i knew they worked til 12am...but 12:30??? haha...

we got lucky the first time around...i got the IIN# after only 5 days (second call asking for it) which helped allittle in the long run... i'm still waiting for NVC to even issue a case # the second time around....my advice...if you want it bad....CALL ALOT...you will eventually find an operator to give it to you...

Cool :D Now let's hope we get our IV bill soon too... This waiting is making me edgy at times...
