It simply means that the US embassy has not yet given them the passport and visa packet that's why it's not tracking. I called Air21 for that myself and clarified it with the embassy.

You do have a tracking number assigned but until they get the docs, nothing will get updated in the website.

Hope this helps.

I've been checking Air21 website every hour to see if our tracking number shows up yet hehehehe. still says not found, but it's only been two days since visa approval
That means your visa is still on verification. You will only get a status once they got your visa and visa pocket for delivery

can anyone help me please,..

I tried tracking Air21 for the visa, and it says Tracking Number not found.. What does that mean? does it mean they didn't send the visa yet?

Please help..I am worried..

It happened to me also. It means that the Embassy didn't turnover the visa to air21 yet. check again a few days later. :)

MY K1 EXPERIENCE blog...click on this link..

My K1 visa has already been approved. I had been really frustrated to find more info about K1 when we were still under the process. Some blogs have been useful. Now, that I completed the K1 process, I wish to share my own experience. So click on the link if you need more info about K1. The blog includes the requirements, med exams, questions on the interview, CFO and more. I hope that it will help. Thanks. Cheers and good luck.. :)
