Wow..Well looks like the CR-1 is the way to go..My last main question is since my Fiance is from Canada..Will we both be able to travel back and forth and see each other while this is being processed..Or do we have to stay apart and wait for it to be finished?
This too is a FAQ:

http://www.visajourney.com/faq/k1k2visa-application.html#4.6 (This applies to all pending visa types (K-Visas and IR/CR visas)

Yes can visit, however may need to provide evidence that will not overstay visit, strong ties to home.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

I was curious exactly what can be used in my case. My Fiance is coming here to the states to get married and than going home to canada. While I file for the CR-1. What can we use as proof of our marriage???

our cr1 petition was successful including nothing more than our marriage certificate as evidence of a relationship...i may be wrong, but pics, emails, affidavits, etc... are helpful during the embassy interview...in our case we were only asked for 5 pics at the interview...i think of all the trees i could have saved by not printing all the emails and phone records...lol

Well Folks,

I am sure you all know that if your spouse is in a foreging country, you can claim her as a resident on your tax filing and recieve ITIN for the Federal Tax puposes. you can find more information about ITIN here, http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/p1915.pdf and can do a massive research on IRS.gov website. Once you understand it , then you can call IRS to double make sure. I have been thorugh IRS Reps who were enlightended by what i knew, rather than finging information for me. Anyways, IF you have filed married jointly with your foreign spouse and have ITIN for her, You should be able to add her name and create a joint account, with her ITIN in the place of SSN.

That is what i have done.

Well, CSC why the friggin my applciations are not touched or I have not recieved ANY information. GRRRRRRRRRRR.....Dont make me come after you. :):)
