23. List below all educational institutions attended.

Is this referring to ANY and ALL schools or just college and universities?

I'm only in my early 20's and I haven't started post secondary because I plan to do that in the US.

And.

25. List dates of all previous visits to or residence in the United States. (If never, write "never") Give type of visa status, if known. Give DHS "A"

number if any.

For Location, do they want just in general, such as (Las Vegas, Nevada) or do they want an address? Another thing, since I'm from Canada, I don't need a VISA to visit the US. Should I write N/A then?

Anyone with the answer to that? :P

THANK YOU

But it asks for ALL educational institutions. I went to 2 different high schools. So I should add them both or just the one I graduated from?

And anyone with info on question 25? :(

I am not really qualified to answer these questions since my case has not been completed yet. I've not even sent out the papers. But here is what we did:

For Q 23, we did put highschool information and N/A for degree or diploma. We mentioned both junior high and senior high.

For Q 25, we just put City since it specifically says "City or town".

Hi Ber+Ter,

Yes, list both high schools and yes, just 'Las Vegas NV' will suffice  - visa type - N/A is fine.
