Nebraska is much faster than CSC. They are handing the case of May 29. 2006 already.

Then, why did they choose to transfer to the busiest CSC? That really doesnt make sense. :angry:

If our case is still in Nebraska, our processing time will be much faster... :crying:

May 12, 2006 We sent K-1 Package

May 23, 2006 We have received NOA1

June 14, 2006 Our case had been transfered to CSC

July 3, 2006 We had received for asking more evidence

July 4, 2006 We sent back right away

July 11, 2006 They had got our REF

July 12, 2006 TOUCHED

Sep 14, 2006 TOUCHED.............finally

Sep 18, 2006 Got approved.............Yes!!

Sep 28, 2006 Received NOA2

yes i belive that they are all in the middle of trying to move over 129-f petitions to both vsc and csc.

04-24-09 I-130 Application received by USCIS

04-29-09 Received NOA1

08-17-09 Approved

08-20-09 NOA2 Received

08-26-09 NVC Received

08-27-09 Case Number Assigned

The May 29 date against I-129F's would be an error. This is not the first time that has happened. This is not the first time either that petitions have been transferred from NSC to CSC. Pretty much standard procedure over the past 12 months.

NSC are in the process of transferring their K1s to CSC - the pinned 'TSC/CSC reuinte list' has actually been renamed 'TSC/CSC/NSC reunite' but I wasnt able to change the topic title.

Never belive the dates on the websites anyways - or at least take them with a whle POT of salt - they are, IMO, misleading - especially now with IMBRA stuffing things up.

Applied for K1

Met online 2001 - just aquaintances

Sept 2002 - 1st US visit - everything goes perfectly.

Dec 20th - Forms recev'd at CSC

Dec 27th - NOA1 received by snail mail!

Dec 29th - 'Touched'

March 10 2006 - NOA2!

March 23 - recv'd at NVC

March 24 - petition sent to London

April 9th - Pkt 3 rec'd!

May 17th - Pkt 3 signed for at London Embassy

May 24th - Medical

May24th - Pkt 4

June 14th - Interview 10am - APPROVED 1pm!!

June 16th - Visas received in my hot little hands 1pm :)

July 19th - flying to US!

July 27th - Married!! :-)

Aug 7th - Applied for SSN in married name

Aug 9th - SSN received
