Can anybody help, please? I'm confused by the newest update. I don't know what it means..What should I expect?Thanks!!

On July 1, 2009, we transferred this case I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS to our CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER location for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action. Please follow the instructions provided on the notice. We will notify you by mail when a decision is made....

Congratulations!!! That is GOOD! You have been transferred to the California Service Center which means that you most likely won't have to attend an interview and your AOS will be approved "just" like that. When you look at the spreadsheet you will see that the first transferred filers already received their Greencard without interview or at least received a "card production"-email.

Thank you, Chibby! I hoped it could be that, but I wasn't sure. As I can see, most people were transfered to CSC before they got EAD and AP...That confused me. I also got RFE, then the case was transfered to NBC... it seemed complicated and I was expecting the interview notice , so this really surprised me today! I was like - What the hell is now?! :angry::unsure: But I hope it's gonna be exactly in the way you said! :) Thanks a lot!

Guess my card had alr4eady been ordered as it was mailed today!! :)

So you received it or did your online status change? I was thinking about you, when I saw that Ailene & Larry just changed the spreadsheet, they received the card today and they got their approval just a day before you.

My status changed from welcome letter mailed to approval notice mailed. That has to be the card. Guess I will receive it soon! Finally. Compared to our k1 journey this was a piece of cake really!

Yes, compared to YOUR K1 journey a lot of stuff is a piece of cake. You don't even know how bad I always felt knowing I had NOA 2 already, and you and Dan were going crazy :o:( :( But I'm glad everything worked out for you now, and you're approved and everything. :D

Well, my husband's taxes are little bit in a mess :wacko: They asked for more information as a proof for finacial support, but instead colecting information and waiting longer , we decided to take his sister as a joint sponsor ;)

We received the EAD in the mail on Monday! Today we went down to the DMV and got his driving permit. Yay!

Congrats!!! I assume your interview has been canceled because of the software update they're doing next week. I saw that all biometrics appointments for next week were canceled and rescheduled. Did you get a new interview date yet?
