AOS Filers: April 2009

Well I think I posted this in the AOS for work visa but since I'm filling concurrent I-130 and 485 I figure this applies as well. Mailed on the 11th, got there by the 13th, got my receipt yesterday.

BTW the website sucks. No matter the combo of numbers/letters I put in as my receipt it cannot find any record of me. From internet searches I heard it can take 2 months.

Is there a spread sheet going for April AOS filers? Does anybody have the link?

I've been looking at the March one to see how quickly it is going for people.

I have a question: In your aos package how did you put your pictures in there? did you just put in a paper clip? i have a little booklet from walgreens with my passport pictures, i was wondering if it was ok to leave it in there and attach it to my forms......... and another question! did you put all of your forms in a folder before you put it in the mailing envelope>? HELPPPPPPP LOL

Sorry for my previous advice, I misread your question! We put the passport photos in separate ziplock bags and attached them with a paperclip. We put everything in a large folder and mailed it .

We also put the pass port photos in plastic bags and attached then to each form that was appropriate. For the evidence pictures we scanned them and then printed them in color and gave a little information about each picture. There were 3 to a page.

Thanks Chibby for starting the spreadsheet. I've noticed that a few people from March have interview dates so I was just looking at how quickly it's moving for them.

I got NOA's today..for AOS and EAD. Said biometrics appt will follow... Exciting!

It is very exciting! Congrats. It's exciting to see everyone else getting letters. You should get bio appt. letter in a few days.

Are you talking about the timeline that appears at the bottom of people's post? For that you need to edit your signature and you type in your info. PM me if you need more help.

You can edit your data in the spreadsheet yourself by clicking the "Edit" Link in the left bottom corner, or if you don't know how to do it, or don't feel comfortable doing it, please don't hesitate to send me a private message with your data and I fill it in.

I was trying to update my NOA issue date, and hard copy date but I couldn't figure out how to save it, does that make me a N00b?

I'm so sorry everybody This is the first time I made a Google Spreadsheet and I forgot to check the "Republishing"-Box. I just tried it out and edited something without being signed in, so just edit your data, then close the tab or window, and after 5 Minutes the spreadsheet is updated automatically and your changes should be visible when you revisit the link. It worked for me without being signed in.

Please let me know if you're having any more problems, and I'm sorry for the mistake.
