Don't be afraid, I always get so nervous and worried, too. I was a wreck at my K1 interview in Germany. But I believe they see that a lot, so they know how to handle it. Everything is gonna be alright :star:

These processing times NEVER reflect what's really going on in that office. I remember when we were doing the K1 last year at the Vermont Service Center and when I was approved the processing time said they were working on April (we filed end of June).

Don't rely on it. :star:

Also, I read somewhere that that date reflects the OLDEST petition they're working on. PLUS the date was last updated end of April, that's almost 2 month ago.

Thanks everyone. We live in a small town so unfortunately we have to take the $400 physical at the only civil surgeon near us since he has to go back and have the tb skin test read. London only gave us the chest x-ray, not the whole physical records, so no one will do anything less than the full exam minus the vaccination sheet. I asked if they could skip the tb test since he has his chest xray and they said no :(.

Congrats on the approvals though!

You could get the TB skin test done at your family doctor and take the results to one of the USCIS approved docs... I know that's more time consuming and whatnot, but you'd probably be able to get away under $400 when choosing another doctor.
