Congrat'z to all, who received their EAD & AP!

Last Friday I received the AP - Travel Document and by the next day (Saturday) my EAD received too.. so the Interview date (AOS) is the only one we're waiting now.. I hope soon we will receive the schedule..

I'm sorry to report that the spreadsheet was messed up again, this time somebody hit the "Sort"-Button in the "NOA issued"-column, and didn't feel like hitting the "Undo"-Button afterwards.

My question just is, what can be done to prevent that kind of mess in future?

Is it possible to put a password so ONLY people who you send the password to can edit the page?

On a different subject, you guys wont believe this but our case was sent back to California AGAIN! What the heck is going on? On friday we got the notice telling us that I need to repeat the Biometrics on the 23rd. of June, and then we had a touch on Saturday, and NOW... it says that our case was sent to California! Isn't that strange? I wonder if we will be approved without the interview? Have you ever heard of something like this before? Being transferred back and forth 3 times??!!

Congrats to all the approvals and transfers and EAD/AP notices.

While we were away we received our transfer to California notice. Case was transfered on June 10th. Now I can see tour case online for the I-485 only.

There is no way around unless you want to be the only user wanting to be able to modify the spreadsheet

I know I shouldn't complain because my proccess has been very quick and effective, but I'm just anxious to get my interview date!!! I don't care if is far from now I guess I'm kinda crazy and like to have everything planned and sort out I know this post is completely pointless and dumb but I needed to vent. I really hate waiting.... lol

This is really strange, till now I didnt read about that. I hope that now they will approve you soon GC and you will be done.

Yesterday we received a letter for our interview!!! July 28.

Now if we would just hear something on the EAD and AP!

Congratulations on the interview date !!!

At least it was a July date, I have noted that they have already started issuing dates in August, as of this week, so it appears that most of the July dates are now taken.

Make sure you have all the backup docs with you, especially those that deal with evidence of a bona fide relationship/marriage.

Your EAD should come very soon now, ours came two weeks after we had notice of our interview date. But remember you will turn the EAD in to the IO, at interview time.

Our interviews are this next week, will keep all of you posted.

I'm so excited for you!!! I didn't think our interview would be in July either. We're going to get started on backups and any new evidence we have. The nice thing is our 1 year wedding anniversary is July 11 so we will have stuff from that.

Chibby - I'm so confused by the spreadsheet but.. we had our AP in the mail on saturday and EAD is apparently ordered and case transferred to CSC also a couple of days ago.. Not 100% sure of dates, we were away, missed the biometrics appointment so showed up there last Tuesday and then all this happened within days!! I thought we would be so behind after they lost our case so I'm happy!

We had our interviews today at the Sacramento Regional Office of USCIS.

It was uneventful and was very fast and easy. Very nice IO who observed my file was very thick and complete. Only asked the 'stock' questions off of one of the forms, e.g., ever member of a subversive group, any arrests, any drug use, etc, etc. Wife and daughter signed a couple of forms and advised would be up to two months for receipt of GC's, as she had a recent advisory that GC production was somewhat delayed as of this week.

She took the I-94 from each passport, but did not ask for the EAD cards.

Interviewed both wife and daughter at same time.

Advised me that if I adopt my daughter, that in another year (total of two together) that she can, via my derivative status, before her 16th BD, get her Citizenship and US Passport without the wait that my wife will have. My daughter is just turned age 13.

Again, very helpful and cordial.

No more USCIS until Citizenship filing time

Will update when GC's arrive.
