hi i saw ur timeline and we almost have the same timeline. I had my biometrics last May 21 too and i still cant my case online. I have a question, which signature did u use when u had ur biometrics, is it ur maiden name or married name? The guy who assisted me, asked me to put my maiden name signature but what iam worrying about is, he put my married name on their system. do u think thats ok or that will cause a problem? thanks....

My husband is the one adjusting so his last name doesn't matter since it never changed. I'm not sure your last name will cause too many issues as long as you included your maiden name on the biographical form.

I'm very happy today!!!!! EAD is coming... ... it's very timing because tomorrow I have an interview at Chase Bank.. wish me luck.. thank God!..

Our case touched again today. I can't wait for my wife's EAD (and AP, but she doesn't travel anywhere anyway until GC in the hands or an emergency).

I am also collecting documents for an interview and I wonder how long is it going to take to get GC after positive interview.

Hey guys,

I just found this site , I filled April 23 and got all my NOA with date of April 30. So far i did my biometrics and my EAD was aproved in June 3 :)

I was wondering how it usually takes to get and interview date?

Ahh it feels so nice to have some support throughout all this!

We had our biometrics appt. on April 29th and haven't received anything but an RFE letter yet. I think the K1 visa's are going through really fast. If you are adjusting from something else it's taking a little bit more time.

Can you see your case online? If you're still within there timeframe for how long it might take to process, I'm not sure if calling would do any good, but if it makes you feel better then call them.

I wouldn't worry about it. We husband did his biometrics at the end of April and we just got notice a couple of days ago that he is scheduled for an interview. I was actually surprised that so many of the applications are going so fast, given that the timeline that USCIS gives is 6 months.

We actually called USCIS last week to find out if they had in fact received our RFE response, and they were not at all helpful. They just repeated to us what it says on the online case status.

Hang in there. I am sure you will be hearing something very soon.

We are still waiting and we live in CA. Trying to be patient.
