Congrats to all the new EAD/AP/GC approvals! I thought those card production delays mentioned on the USCIS website was just for the GC, or am i wrong? Becuz the EAD seem to keep coming pretty fast. :thumbs:

Good morning everybody, just a quick update:

I updated the spreadsheet as good as I could using the signature and profile timelines. Thanks to all of you for making this spreadsheet look so good :thumbs:

Also, I highlighted the upcoming GC interview dates, so they're easier to see. Once the date has passed I'll put it back to normal, and the "GC received" column should say something like "approved", "denied" or "pending" and when the GC arrives in the mail, the date itself of course.

I wish you all a nice weekend, especially panterchen before she starts her new job on Monday.

No expedite here....I'm not sure why we got it so fast--maybe it depends on the field office, the Boston field office had almost no one there when we went for our biometrics. Maybe they aren't as overloaded as some other offices?

12/13/07: Met for the first time

1/4/08: Began dating

1/18/09: Got engaged

5/26/09: Holy matrimony

6/3/09: I-130 & AOS sent via FedEx Express Saver

6/5/09: Package received by USCIS Office - signed by A. Ainalakis

6/11/09: Checks for I-130 and I-485 cashed

6/15/09: NoA received were received for I-130, I-485 and I-765 (they were all dated 6/10/09)

7/7/09: Biometric date (completed on 7/2/09)

7/21/09: Interview date notice received (notice dated 7/15/09)

7/24/09: EAD card production ordered (whatever it means)

8/6/09: EAD card received in mail at last (it was mailed out on 7/30/09)

9/10/09: Interview passed after 10 minutes!!!

9/14/09: Received Welcome Notice in mail

9/21/09: Finally received the CARD that I have been looking for many many years

You just go there earlier without telling them. I have not heard of a case yet where they would reject the people coming in too early. This danger exists but in most cases the offices don't seem to care too much. I did it the same way and I doubt they even noticed. No one checked my appointment date or said anything about it and I was in and out in 30 minutes.

Thanks a lot, Chibby! I really look forward to starting my job this monday. Finally!! Will get some more sun this weekend and relax a bit before the busy times are back.

No expedite here....I'm not sure why we got it so fast--maybe it depends on the field office, the Boston field office had almost no one there when we went for our biometrics. Maybe they aren't as overloaded as some other offices?

When I went to do my biometrics at Orlando there were just one woman infront me and nobody else in whole office, it seems like desert. But as I can see here at VJ that Orlando office is so slow with EADs. Who knows what they do.

Well got my EAD/AP early last week but seriously still can't see my I-485 application on the USCIS website. I even called them about it, they sent me to tier 2 support who said they had to create a ticket to get it fixed and wait a week. A week later: Nothing. Atleast they confirmed over the phone that it was still fine.

I know it's frustrating, but some people never see their case online and it goes through just fine. Try to be patient and not worry until you get news in the mail.

Hi Chibby,

I can't get the spreadsheet to work on my old Mac. Can you please fill in the biometrics date of May 30th for me?

Also, we were transferred back to NBC but do you want me to leave it as we were transferred to California? (because I guess if we weren't adjusting from Visa Waiver we would have stayed in Cali).
