Hello, guys! count me in for AOS April filers. We sent our papers last Monday(April 13,2009)to Chicago via Fedex. I tracked our papers today it says " it was delivered today signed for by JCano". Good thing, hope they will cash our personal check soon.

24/10/2004- Officially started dating!

-Various Trips Between the USA and Scotland-

25/12/2007- Steven Proposed, and gave me a lovely Ring!

29/02/2008- Sent I-129F to VSC

22/09/2008-1pm - Recieved Visa!

04/11/2008 -Steven comes back to Scotland for the Celebrations!

09/11/2008- We return home together!

23/01/2009- Wedding!!!

Hahaha...my thoughts exactly when I first saw that.

It is probably some illegal mexican immigrant working at USCIS to sort out the paperwork. :rofl:

We received NOA's for I-485, I-765, I-130, and I-131. All were dated April 13. Are mail here is so slow!!

Hopefully we get a letter for a biometric appointment in a week or so! Anybody else received appointments yet?

hey everyone....count me in.....my entire package is ready....i m just waiting for TB treatment prescription from health department.....

my PPD was positive...X-Ray was negative...but i still have to get the prescription for 9 months medication!!!

my package should be shipped out latest by April 20, 2009!!!

Just checked the mailbox and here we are, 3 letters from USCIS. NOA 1 for I-485, I-765 and I-131. The notice date is the 15th.

I'm so glad they got here today, cuz my I-94 expires today :whistle:

Hi im planning on filing in april also... does the package have to be in a certain order? im filing based on an approved i360. im just waiting for my cori check to come back and my civil surg appoinment....any advice?

OMG, I already got my biometrics letter in the mail today. That was fast! However, my biometrics appointment will be May 13 which is a little late. I thought this might be sooner... :(

Does anyone know how long after the biometrics I can get my EAD?
