By the way my status changed like it did for most of you who already got approved for their EAD. Even though they approved it May 28 and it already said card production ordered, the date now changed to July 2nd and says my card was ordered today... Who knows what that is supposed to mean...

Like someone else mentioned, I think that's when they officially mail it out since we received ours a few days after the status date changed. You should receive it soon! :)

05/29/09- EAD approval notice sent

06/01/09- EAD arrived in the post

06/18/09- I-485 RFE notice via email

06/25/09- I-485 RFE notice via mail

(They wanted him to redo medical exam- they must've lost it. They also wanted a copy of our marriage certificate, even though we included that in our original submission.)

07/03/09- Medical exam (second one this year grrr!)

07/06/09- I-485 RFE response mailed back to CSC via USPS

07/08/09- I-485 RFE response package delivered at CSC

07/10/09- I-485 Case Processing Resumed (CRIS email)

07/16/09- I-485 Card Production Ordered

07/21/09- I-485 Approval Notice Sent

07/24/09- Green card received in the post!

AP: Approval Notice Sent!!!!!!!!!!!!!

guys may i know how many pictures neede for aos, along with ead and ap?

For what I understand, you have to send 6, 2 for AOS, 2 for EAD and 2 for AP. My husband and I only sent 2 and we are worried about getting a RFE asking for the other 4, but they approved our EAD and AP with just 2 pictures!

If you haven't send your package yet, I suggest you send 6 pictures just to make sure.

It may have to do with the current backlog - USCIS recently posted a bulletin explaining an up-to 8 week backlog on EAD production.
