Hi guys! Just wanted to share my 3 good news with you all

No. 1 - I got my biometrics done today, I was brave enough to drive to Milwaukee by myself and I did not get lost! LOL Everything went fine, it took only like 20 minutes to get the biometrics done, but it took me 6 hours to drive there and back home! ( I still can not feel my butt LOL) I'm just glad I'm done with that!

No. 2 - I came back home to check if our AOS case was available online... and it finally is!!!!!!!!

AND.....

No. 3 (BEST OF ALL) We got transferred to California!!!!! When I logged in, it said that on May 19, our case was trasnferred!!!!! I'm so happy

My EAD application and AP are still not available online, but that's ok... I guess the AP and EAD will probably be there in a few more days! As for now I'm super excited about our case being sent to California!!!!!!!!!!!

I have Biometric Appt. tomorrow. Yey

But I've been sick for 2-3 days

I hope I can make it. Do you guys know what'll happen if I can't make it at the last minute? I'm hoping that it won't take another months to reschedule the appt.

Congratulations on the EAD production ordered notices and things moving along for everyone!

PrettyAngel: We also got notification from CRIS at least 3 times regarding the EAD. lol.

Hubby just received his EAD card yesterday. He is thrilled -- first on his agenda, getting a CA Driver License We may walk-in to the DMV first thing in the morning tomorrow to take the written test.. so he can do some "practice driving" on way to our destination this weekend.

The AOS still hasn't been touched since May 8th. *sighs* At least we got the AP and EAD.

I got my Advance Parole by mail today! Issued date was May 15, 2009.

Ummm, USCIS seems to be a bit confused sending out double and triple emails. I just checked my case status, and although they sent me the "Card production ordered" email the other day, I have an update today, and it says "On May 21st we ordered your new card bla bla." Can I have two EAD's now, too?

My AP had a touch and is approved now

We did biometrics on Saturday and I still can't see my case online. This sucks, but I guess some centers are slower than otheres. I hear that Baltimore is one of the slowest processing centers. Ugh!

Chibby, where did you do biometrics?

I'm sorry you can't see yours yet! I wonder why? I did the biometrics today and this afternoon my AOS was available online, but the EAD and AP are not there yet.

Awesome, congratulations! That was a long a$$ ride though. But now you have all the good news together: biometrics done, case status online showed up and you know you got transferred. :dance:

Hey, if I lived in Milwaukee, I would be excited about getting a transfer to California too !!!!

Congratulations.... That's awesome news! I still can't see my case online, but I know of others that were never able to see their cases throughout the approval so I'm not too worried. Baltimore is the slowest center out there for everything.

Same Here.. Got Double and Triple e-mails from Cris on Card Production, Approval etc.. since 13 May, but yesterday [21 May] we received the EAD in our Mail Box. Looks just like a Green Card though except it says Employment Authorization Card.. NOT VALID FOR RE-ENTRY.

Its really nice to see that something is moving and april filers are getting approved (for now AP and EAD).

For those of you who got approved EAD did you look for job before or are you starting now?
