I mailed ours off this morning!

The only thing that wasn't included was the medical (handed it in at the border)/vacc. worksheet (never received one). It's been a little over a year since the medical was done, so we'll most likely get a RFE, but at this point, I just wanted to get it over with!

I'm joining this thread. We mailed our AOS April 6. Our checks were cashed April 13! We are excited. We should get our letter very very soon!

USCIS (chicago lockbox) received our AOS packet April 6th. No NOA 1 yet, check didn't get cashed yet either. Is that normal?

It probably depends on how fast your bank is at posting transactions. If it's not cashed in a few days, then I would worry.

Biometrics letter arrived today. We have to be there on the 24th. They sure don't give you much notice, do they?

USCIS (chicago lockbox) received our AOS packet April 6th. No NOA 1 yet, check didn't get cashed yet either. Is that normal?

I was thinking the same thing... I just double checked the address, the confirmation information on USPS.... my bank's Bank of America. I'm glad to hear someone else was thinking the same thing tho. I'll give it a week before I start getting too worried.

Maybe it's because it's Tax season?? hmmmm....

10 March 09: Mailed I-130 to recieve @ Chicago Lock Box

17 March 09: NOA for I-130 from C S C [California Service Center]

06 April 09: Mailed off AOS & Employment Authorisation

13 April 09: Checks Cashed

15 April 09: Received NOA Letter for both in seperate envelopes from MSC [Missouri Service Center] / National Benefits Center

I wonder why it went to M S C & not C S C !

We couldn't concurrently file since we didn't have all documents at hand. Hope its ok to file I-130 & I-485 separately..

We filed on April 6th too and use BOA. It didn't show up in our account until yesterday, but the dates on the checks cashed is April 13th. I hope everythings okay!
