Hi All,

I have Biometric Appt. tomorrow. Yey

But I've been sick for 2-3 days :(

I hope I can make it. Do you guys know what'll happen if I can't make it at the last minute? :help: I'm hoping that it won't take another months to reschedule the appt.

First, try not to cancel at the [last minute] and be considered a 'no-show'.

Next, if you think you can be well enough to go, then try and go.

If, in fact, you do have to reschedule, even if the date is another 30 days out, you can still, at many of the bio centers, drop in early, before the scheduled date. This has been discussed in this thread, many times before. It seems that most centers will allow this, if they are not too busy on a given day.

My advice, get plenty of rest today, get to bed early, and then try and make it tomorrow, so as not to have any delays in this important process. ;)

Well, it took awhile, but I checked this a.m. and both my I-485 cases are now viewable online in the USCIS system. I have checked two times each day, and this morning is the first day they have come up online.

I added them both to my portfolio, so now all four cases for I-485 and I-765, are viewable.

Three more weeks or so, until the AOS interviews for the 10 year GC's. :)

Congratulations on the EAD production ordered notices and things moving along for everyone!

PrettyAngel: We also got notification from CRIS at least 3 times regarding the EAD. lol.

Hubby just received his EAD card yesterday. He is thrilled -- first on his agenda, getting a CA Driver License  We may walk-in to the DMV first thing in the morning tomorrow to take the written test.. so he can do some "practice driving" on way to our destination this weekend.

The AOS still hasn't been touched since May 8th. *sighs* At least we got the AP and EAD. :)

Have a great weekend everyone! I keep praying for you all!

Wow three weeks until the interview that is exciting. We are still waiting for our letter with interview date. The sooner we get it the better we can plan for my husband to take the day off (and work another day to make up his miss day of work )

Keep us updated as your interview date approaches on your preparations.

Ummm, USCIS seems to be a bit confused sending out double and triple emails. I just checked my case status, and although they sent me the "Card production ordered" email the other day, I have an update today, and it says "On May 21st we ordered your new card bla bla." Can I have two EAD's now, too? :jest:

My AP had a touch and is approved now :)
