I guess I'm just surprised because that means she would get her green card without ever having had an interview, being that she came in on the visa waiver. I'd be thrilled for there to be no interview as the poor kid would be a nervous wreck, but just in case, we're going to start to collect our evidence that she had no plans to stay when she arrived.

My wife goes for biometrics tomorrow.

She will take appointment notice, passport, driver license and marriage license since all documents with maiden name.

Can she carry a cell phone? She will use it unless emergency or she has any question to ask me using it in silence mode.

Leave it in the car.

They didn't ask me or my husband if we had cellphones and both of us did. Maybe each center is different just like everything else.

I'm wondering how long before I can see the status of our case online. Do I need to keep trying the MSC# and eventually will it appear?????

Ours showed up the same day we did biometrics, it's depends I guess and you will use your MSC#...some people for some reason can never view their status on line. I didn't pay much attention to the online updates. My husband's EAD and AP just showed up in the mail...now his status online (even though we're approved and he has his green card) says "PENDING"....

Praying for a speeding APPROVAL for April Fliers....

We did biometrics on Saturday and I still can't see my case online. This sucks, but I guess some centers are slower than otheres. I hear that Baltimore is one of the slowest processing centers. Ugh!

They asked me. I was with my father-in-law and he had cellphone and didn't asked him. But he had to go out for the cellphone I had and leave his phone too. I even had iPod inside my purse. As far as I know they are not that strict.

USCIS Alexandria, it was all the way out in Fort Belvoir. We're DC residents though, you're in Maryland, that's probably why you had to go to Baltimore.

It looks like the few of us that have received RFE's did so all for the same form. Has anyone had any updates since they returned the letter?

Our letter was signed for Monday afternoon and I'm just wondering how long until we see the case being processed again and even hear anything on it.

I figured that. I have a friend in Silver Spring that went to the Wheaton Office. I'm closer to Alexandria and Wheaton. lol This whole process is crazy to me. lol

i would be really suprised that someone who adjusted from VWP has not to go to an interview...that would be the first case i know....dont wanna destroy ur hope but i could imagine that they transfer the case back to an local office
