I have an account set-up from when we filed K-1, so I'm assuming I can use the same information. When I put the receipt number in there, it's not available so I think I have to just keep checking. I don't think I have to set up a now account for AOS.

Just an update on our status. We finally got the RFE letter on Friday. There was some confusion about the 864. They wanted my tax info. We filed together in 2008 since we were married in July. So we sent copies of everything again and clearly stated on the cover letter that 2008 taxes were for both of us with W2's and another copy of the 864. And over nighted the letter on Saturday morning. It should arrive there today.

With a little luck we'll get looked at again by the end of the week.

Congrats Pretty Angel for the EAD and AP and to everyone getting bio appts done and letters.

Hopefully lots of good news for people this week!

Shelly

No, you can use the same account. Just add the new case numbers to your portfolio as soon as they show up. Each case (AOS, EAD, AP) has it's own number and needs to be entered by that number to show up. :)

That's great you got the information off so soon. That shouldn't delay your AOS too much.

Congrats on everybody who is moving along. No update on my side. Hope I will get EAD within the next 4 weeks though (I guess just like most of you).

Thanks! Our case always seems to be the one getting lost so I can't say I'm surprised but at least this time we are on the same side of the pond!

I'm wondering how long before I can see the status of our case online. Do I need to keep trying the MSC# and eventually will it appear?????

I, too, am not able to pull up the I-485 for AOS status on line under my portfolio. Nor have there been any touches on our EAD app's which did appear online, shortly after we filed.

There does not seem to be anything one can analyze in this regard. Some do, some don't. Some fast, some at the very end. Some never.

As far as I can discern, there is no negative impact on the results, if no touches or no availability online.

I mentioned in an earlier post, that when I spoke to the officer, at the USCIS office, she indicated to me (after checking) that they were having some problems with the online portfolio system, and to just keep trying.
