I'm praying for all of you for a speedy approval! I am still scratching my head on why our cases are still at the NBC. I'm hoping for a transfer to CSC. It's much much closer to us. haha.

I just saw that someone touched our AOS case today after it got already updated May 6 and 8th. Hopefully, the case is moving on and we won't get an RFE for the medical. :(

Ahh, I just had a mini-heart attack. :wacko: I was JUST reading panterchen's post about how her case got touched and she hopes it's not a RFE, I look into my inbox and there is an email from CRIS. Somebody must have accessed it within the last two hours, this afternoon it was just saying that my case was transferred, now it says it's pending at the office it was transferred to.

That is great news. This means it is out of the NBC and most likely, transferred to the CSC, where it will wait in queue, pending adjudication. :)

I-130 for CR-1/CR-2 Timeline:

Married in Guangzhou, China 12-2006.

05/03/07: I-130's for CR-1 and CR-2 mailed to CSC via USPS

06/23/07: NOA-1/I-797C's.

11/06/07: NOA-2’s were issued. CR-1/2 Abandoned, for K-3/4.

I-129F for K-3/K-4 Timeline:

06/11/07: I-129F for K-3/K-4 mailed to Chicago.

06/13/07: Received at Chicago.

06/15/07: Received NOA-1 Form I-797C, from Chicago.

11/06/07: NOA-2 approval issued for the I-129F.

Thanks. I already knew I was transferred, already received that letter. But I'm happy to see that somebody looked at it today and it didn't disappear on a dusty pile never to be seen again. (That reminds me of K1 times :blink:)

I had touch for I485 yesterday and today again (that is peding in office where is transfered) but no touch for EAD....

I hope that all of us will start to receive good news now....
