Hi, Its so good to see other AOS April filer here. USCIS received my package April 23 and I will have my Biometrics on May 21. Goodluck to all of us. Hope we'll get our GC soon...

01.27.2012 - Card production ordered

02.01.2012 - 10 year GC Received

08.09.2021- Biometrics re-use notice

04.18.2022- Interview done at Minneapolis USCIS Local Office   ✔️ Received N-652 "Congratulations your application has been recommended for approval" during the interview.

05.19.2022- Oath Ceremony in MN

Until now, I can't see my status online.. what happen to the USCIS site??? And I until now I keep waiting the biometric appointment letter... :unsure:

May 24, 2012 - Checked en cashed

May 25, 2012, received NOA letter with Notice date May 23, 2012

June 25, 2012 - received Biometric appointment letter, scheduled July 19, 2012

August 03, 2012 - received the initial letter

Sept 04, 2012 - Interview date

Nov. 02, 2012 - Oath Ceremony

Maybe they are getting better at keeping up to date!

Our EAD and AP are at the National Center. It's good to know those don't look like they are going to be held up by the RFE we are waiting to get for the I-485.

For alot of people (myself included) case status isn't available until after the Biometrics appointment. (although I got a letter saying I was transferred to CSC and my case became viewable to) .

I am hoping my EAd & AP will be here sooner rather than later ^-^.

29/06/2004 Met online

24/10/2004- Officially started dating!

-Various Trips Between the USA and Scotland-

25/12/2007- Steven Proposed, and gave me a lovely Ring!

29/02/2008- Sent I-129F to VSC

22/09/2008-1pm - Recieved Visa!

04/11/2008 -Steven comes back to Scotland for the Celebrations!

09/11/2008- We return home together!

23/01/2009- Wedding!!!

Your I-129f was approved in 108 days from your NOA1 date.

Preparing AOS Forms.

09/4/2009- Sent AOS

11/4/2009- Received and signed for

20/4/2009- Received NOA for AOS/EAD/AP (Dated April 17th)

20/4/2009- USCIS cashed check for $1010

09/5/2009- Biometrics

11/5/2009- Case transferred to CSC

05/6/2009- Received AP

09/6/2009- Received EAD

22/7/2009- Approved!

27/7/2009- Greencard in Hand

Removal of Conditions.

15/5/2011- Received @ VSC

23/5/2011-NOA1

For those of you who have been transferred already -- did you all submit the medical forms?

I'm just wondering why our I-485 is still "received and pending" at the National Benefits Center. This is probably the only thing I could think of getting a RFE for if anything comes to that.

I think you can still get an RFE after it's been transferred, but you most likely won't have an interview.

Meet on ICQ: 1999

I'm just wondering why our I-485 is still "received and pending" at the National Benefits Center. This is probably the only thing I could think of getting a RFE for if anything comes to that.

We didn't send any medical docs with our AOS package, and we were transferred to CSC on Friday.

I'd say birth certificate, but I think they require you to have a picture id. Umm maybe you should call and ask before you go to your appointment.
