Congrats to everyone receiving NOA's and biometric's letters!! :dancing:

We won't be home to check the mail for another 10 hours to see if we've got a transfer letter. At least no RFE yet either.

Just wanted to say ditto on the congrats to everyone . I have looked at March and Feb spread sheets and found that its not common for K3's to get transferred so we are not expecting that, what we do hope is my husband's green card being sent after our 2nd anniversary, since then it would be a 10 year instead of a 2 year conditional one. Can you tell we are tired of USCIS yet

I've not had much luck finding anyone doing AOS from an O1 visa so we're not sure really what to expect. So we just keep waiting. There are a few people this month adjusting from H1-B's and at least that's similar so I guess I'll judge by how things go for them.

When looking at other April filers' timeline, most of them have received the biometric appointment letter, but not me. Should I be worried?

Was everything correct on your NOA's? There weren't any errors with the address.

You could try calling support center.

I'll wait for a week or 2 to see how it goes. If there was nothing after I had my baby (I'm due in less than 3 weeks), I'll make an info pass. Btw, what is number for support center?

Here's the customer service number 1-800-375-5283 . I've read on other forums to dial 123 when it starts talking to get an operator, I've never tried it though.

I hope it didn't get lost in the mail, but it could have.

When you're on the spreadsheet, look for the "Edit this page"-Link in the lower left corner, it should open then. Fill in your dates, and just close the tab/window. It's saves automatically. After 3-5 minutes your changes should be visible. (If you're still having problems, send me a message with your dates and I'll fill it in )

Another question tho: My biometrics appointment is Thursday. Do I just have to take the appointment letter, my passport and a copy of my marriage certificate? Or should I bring the NOA's, too?

I made my husband take the NOA's too because we live rather far from the support center and can't easily drive back. He didn't need them, but I'm the over planner. I figured better to have them and not need them.

Just the appointment letter should be enough (plus ID, marriage certificate) because the letter has the barcode of your NOAs on there anyways. Have fun at the biometrics (once more)!

im an April filer too. Mailed the AOS Package on APRIL 23rd. Sent it thru my lawyer. No reply so far, i heard it takes like two weeks , so im waiting patiently.
