Also, I saw on some other spreadsheets people entered if they'd submitted the I863 form or not. Maybe that would be helpful? I know I would like to get an idea of how many people included it and how many people (heaven forbid) get RFEs because of it. What do you guys think?

Do you mean the medical form? I-693? or what form is this I-863

Everyone should have submitted the medical I-693 form. Maybe she means the I-864 affidavit of support.

I read that if you already met the vaccination requirements, you can send a copy of the vaccination worksheet (DS-3025???) with your AOS, of course only if you asked for a copy during your medical in your home country. I think that's what panterchen did. Sometimes they approve that.

Do you want a specific column for that form, or would it be ok if I put a column next to the RFE received called "RFE for?", so everybody who gets an RFE can put his/her situation in one or two words. For example, somebody got a RFE because they didn't attach the most recent tax return, they would put in "tax return".

I think that's a good idea Chibby.

We are now starting to wonder if we won't get transferred because he's on a O1 visa. Anybody with H1 B's here anything yet?

Ah! All these silly form #'s are messing me up! Yes, I meant the I-693 form. About half the March filers submitted one and the other half just submitted the DS3025 they got at their medical abroad and are crossing their fingers they don't get an RFE. I remember there being a similar breakdown of people in this thread. Finding a capable civil surgeon was a huge, huge hassle for us and we just submitted the DS3025 from the UK medical.

I, personally, would like to see a column dedicated to the I-693 specifically that way future filers can look at it and know whether or not they want to chance it or find a civil surgeon to transcribe their vaccination results. You could also add a column next to RFE so people could specify? That's just my opinion, though! Do what you think is best .

That's a good idea. I've spent a lot of time looking at spreadsheets from March and Feb. The Feb. spreadsheet doesn't even list what visa people are adjusting from. Very frustrating to me. We are adjusting from an O1 and not many people adjust from that.

My husband could not locate his old vaccination records from England. I called his mum and she got me the number for him to call, but he never did so he just got new shots.

I put in that "RFE for?" column and also a small "I-693", which should be answered by "yes" or "no". I put it next to the RFE for an easy overview.

I hope it doesn't get too confusing

We sent an USPS Money Order with our AOS, and I did extensive research on how to track it, but there is no way. Only if you think it got lost, you can go to your local post office and file a request to have that investigated.

I'm with you on that one! Our package arrived at uscis on 28th too. Since then, i have been waiting on the mail every day!

We sent ours fees using a cashiers check from the bank and I don't think there is any way to track if they have cashed it or not yet. Hoping the NOA's arrive this week.

That's a good idea about the 1-693 on the spreadsheet! I had read horror stories on vj with problems some people had, trying to find a civil surgeon to transcribe the vaccination records onto the 1-693 and was apprehensive about going ahead with it.

But i was fortunate to find a civil surgeon locally who did it for $40 but the doctor also said I had to have a blood test done too to make sure that I was completely immune to the measles/mumps one and that cost another $40.

I didn't get the TB skin test done though, as i had already had the TB xrays done in New Zealand. So I could receive an RFE for not supplying it.

This is the right thread. Myself and someone else started one because we didn't see this thread but we're all posting here now .

And yikes! So far, I'm the only one out of 8 people not to send in the I-693.
