Looking at the March filer spreadsheet, it should be another 3 to 4 weeks until we get EAD and AP.

Hi everyone

So a little late on the ball, but we got our AOS pack sent off on the 24th, got there the 27th. Just waiting for our NOA1 now...so technically I will be a May-er, but you guys seem so friendly!!

It looks like maybe 3 weeks after biometrics. Maybe by the end of May we will start seeing them arrive!

I got a new update I received my Biometrics appointment letter this morning! We are scheduled to go to the USCIS Milwaukee office on May 21, 2009! I'm just surprised cuz I did not know it was gonna be so quick!

I might have to drive there on my own since Eric has to work that day, hopefully I wont get lost in the City! It will be a 3 hour drive for me to get there!

I got a new update I received my Biometrics appointment letter this morning! We are scheduled to go to the USCIS Milwaukee office on May 21, 2009! I'm just surprised cuz I did not know it was gonna be so quick!

I might have to drive there on my own since Eric has to work that day, hopefully I wont get lost in the City! It will be a 3 hour drive for me to get there!

You don't have to wait until the 21st, now that you're scheduled. Some people went earlier than their original appointment and had no problems.

Also, I saw on some other spreadsheets people entered if they'd submitted the I863 form or not. Maybe that would be helpful? I know I would like to get an idea of how many people included it and how many people (heaven forbid) get RFEs because of it. What do you guys think?

You don't have to wait until the 21st, now that you're scheduled. Some people went earlier than their original appointment and had no problems.

Well, some people who had their medical exam abroad less than a year ago could have submitted their vaccination suplement alone, instead of completing a whole new medical exam. The omission of a the I-864 would definitely cause a RFE! I wonder which of the forms she was talking about....
