if i put the wrong code in the employment authorization box instead of ©(9) what will happen?

I guess the worst case would be they send you a RFE or send the petition back to you to let you correct it. But I'm not sure. When my hubby handed in the K1-Petition last year, he spelled out a wrong number on the check and they sent the whole package back to him (it was stamped on every page), so he could put in a new check and that was it.

But maybe you won't hear anything at all. In the end it's just a little mistake on one form, and I hope they know in which category you belong. Would be sad if they don't. Don't go crazy over this.

So now that we have biometrics done, anybody know how long we wait now?

One of my friend got her case transferred to CSC before her biometrics.. I hope we'll be lucky to received mail from USCIS this or next week. :star:

Our case is finally online! Well, the AOS is. We're still waiting on the EAD one to work. Every little bit helps :).

07/30/08- I-129F was delivered to Vermont

08/11/08- NOA1

12/14/08- NOA2

02/11/09 Interview (Approved!)

03/07/09 POE at JFK

03/13/09 Married!

04/08/09- NOA1 for AOS and EAD (we didn't apply for AP)

04/22/09- Case Transferred to CSC

04/24/09- Biometrics Appointment

05/22/09- EAD card production ordered

05/29/09- EAD approval notice sent

06/01/09- EAD arrived in the post

06/18/09- I-485 RFE notice via email

06/25/09- I-485 RFE notice via mail

(They wanted him to redo medical exam- they must've lost it. They also wanted a copy of our marriage certificate, even though we included that in our original submission.)

07/03/09- Medical exam (second one this year grrr!)

07/06/09- I-485 RFE response mailed back to CSC via USPS

07/08/09- I-485 RFE response package delivered at CSC

07/10/09- I-485 Case Processing Resumed (CRIS email)

07/16/09- I-485 Card Production Ordered

07/21/09- I-485 Approval Notice Sent

It is very very exciting. Did your friend get a letter saying they were transferred? I registered online at USCIS and all it says is my case was received April 14th.

I guess I keep waiting in hope we get transferred.

Any one else get transferred yet? Is it too soon to be expecting it?

Yes they got a notice from USCIS telling them that they transferred their case for speed up process. I keep on checking our mailbox.

We got a transfer notice dated April 28th today in our mailbox. SO no interview, I guess??

Will it have any effect on the EAD and AP?
