Strangely, I have to redo my biometrics for AOS though. It looks like my biometrics failed for AOS but not for EAD...

I can't get the spreadsheet to work on my old Mac. Can you please fill in the biometrics date of May 30th for me?

Also, we were transferred back to NBC but do you want me to leave it as we were transferred to California? (because I guess if we weren't adjusting from Visa Waiver we would have stayed in Cali).

Hi Peach, updating is done I was thinking about the transfer back yesterday, I don't wanna make an extra column since it's "only" 2 people so far (you and eric_and_teresa), but I want the spreadsheet to reflect everything, so if you wanna give me the date you got transferred back, I would put it right behind the transfer date. Then it should be pretty clear that there were 2 transfers. Is that alright for you?

Congratulations!!!!

Received my Welcome Letter in the mail yesterday,also today I received my EAD card in the mail.

Now,waiting for the GC..it says I will receive it within 3weeks...I hope it's true.

Congrats Bluemist, hopefully yours will come a bit more swiftly than mine. with regards to the adit processing, don't worry about it, its biometrics (sometimes people are approved before biometrics, however nowadays this is rare.) Just as a warning USCIS are currently warning us that GC's can take upto 8 weeks to arrive due to equipment upgrades, so if you need a temporary stamp you need to make an infopass and get them to stamp your passport, you can do this by taking approval documents with you.

hi i saw ur timeline and we almost have the same timeline. I had my biometrics last May 21 too and i still cant my case online. I have a question, which signature did u use when u had ur biometrics, is it ur maiden name or married name? The guy who assisted me, asked me to put my maiden name signature but what iam worrying about is, he put my married name on their system. do u think thats ok or that will cause a problem? thanks....

I'm curious and I have one question. I was reading something that EAD application can be or at Local office or at National Benefits Center.

Is that right and when you check your status online for EAD what is written for your application.

For mine is written that is at National Benefits Center.

Our online status hasn't changed since April 14, and we received no email notification, but on Saturday we received a letter stating that we have an appointment for an interview on July 9!!!

We were starting to get worried, because so many people were getting EADs and APs and GCs, and nothing seemed to be happening with our case. I thought it was going to be the K-1 process all over again (we were stuck in background checks for over a year and the whole process took over a year and a half from start to finish).

Anyway, we are greatly relieved and can now await the birth of our first child with a little less stress (he is due any day now)!
