As the instructions indicate - you need the most recent year (at least) and if you feel additional year's will help, submit them also.

NOTE I-134 is NOT needed at the time you file an I-129F for a K-Visa, it is needed at the time of visa interview at the consulate.

For the I-134 Affadavit of support for the visa interview....unless consulate specific you need the most recent years tax return with all schedules and attachments (The WHOLE thing) plus w-2 forms OR a tax transcript from the most recent for which you do not have to attach w-2s. Unless consulate specified you do not need 2007 or 2006. A transcript is a printout of your tax return from the IRS. Copies are what you have and are aceptable but you need to attach w-2s or 1099 forms to it.
