March 4th Interview, Still No VISA

Hi All! My husband had his interview at USEM on March 4th. Consul said everything was ok with his papers, he just needed to submit a CENOMAR. The CENOMAR was submitted on March 11th, they took his passport and he was told to wait 1-2 weeks. It's been over 2 weeks, and he still hasn't received anything from them. I called USEM and they said that they are still waiting for consul's referral. What does this mean? They would not say if he is approved or not. They always tell me the same thing, WAIT! Are they still doing AP at USEM? Does anyone know how long this normally takes?

Maybe nobody had the experience yet.. just hang in there... kapag may nakakita ng thread mo na may alam, i'm sure they'll post. I wanna know the answer too kasi IR-1 din application namin.

Hi Raeka Meron ka na ba ng CEMAR/CENOMAR/MARRIAGE INDEX? If you don't have a copy yet, kumuha ka na while waiting for your Scheduled Interview. The Pre-screener will ask you that document

Thanks for the reply. Yeah you should get a CENOMAR/MARRIAGE INDEX. We didn't know about that this is a requirement even after the fact that we already obtained a CENOMAR before getting married. My husband said that it'll be the same form but it will say that I am married to him, and him to me.

Hi! Actually, tumawag ako nung Thursday, sabi it is still under review. They say the same thing every time I call. Tinanong ko kung may problema sa mga papers, they don't really answer directly. They just keep saying to give some time for the Consular Officer to review the papers.

Nakakainip na maghintay, but what can we do?

Wala pa nga ako nun.. Mag apply ako itong week na ito. Gaano kaya katagal mag release sila?

not so sure.. tumagal yung application namin kasi pabalik balik dito asawa ko... and nung bandang huli nagka-problem sa tax transcript nya.. you can check other's timeline.. ..

just wait. i waited almost 3 months after my interview for my visa to arrive.
