I dont know why people would go through all this trouble, and money, to turn around and abuse, neglect or send back their spouse.

Indeed if is a matter of abuse, you need to do what you can to get out of it, but dear, you dont have to leave!

You are not getting in trouble for anything but if he abuses you physically you can have him reprimanded for it.

I am sorry you are such an awful situation. It really isnt fair and I wonder where you live that you may find any good soul to help you.

you know what? his house or not, you could get a PFA...Protection From Abuse.

I know he hasn't hit you, YET! You are pregnant too but if you feel intimidated and he threatens to hurt you you have rights here.

He can be removed from your home if you want, I wouldnt go back to India, unless you feel you have no other options. I feel bad if you lose your and your child's chance to be in this country. I know you probably would want to be in India, with your family and with a stable environment but the best thing to do is keep strong, know what your rights are here by talking to others going thru similiar situations and pray to GOD.
