In inter-species relationships signals are present to indicate consent. Such as scents, gestures and hormonal releases that are specific to that species. Humans are so far removed from these kind of instinctual indicators in all aspects of life that most often we can not recognise them in members of our own species, let alone another. I think we are best to leave other species alone- as we are not atuned to knowing how they are feeling.

With regards to the other intra-species mating you mention, these species are all genetically very similar- which allows for reproduction to occur at all. Remember, a species is only what we, as humans, define as such. And taxonomy is changing ALL the time. My point being that if reproduction is allowed to occur genetically then sex between those 'species' can not be argued. A human being is no where near genetically similar enough to reproduce with a dog, cat, or a sheep- or even a chimpanzee, with whom we share over 98% of our DNA. So I personally can not see sexual activity between a human and another species as a just or moral thing.
