Hi, I'm Mark, just joined this morning. My girlfriend is from Brazil, and were going to do a k one visa.I have a couple of friends who belong here, so this is how I found out about this site.

05-21-09 Interview Date -APPROVED!!! Yey, yey!!!

07-16-09 Applied for SSN but unfornatunately no number yet. The ss office use my married name and now having trouble checking

it with the Homeland Security

11-03-09 Interview Date - Approved in 9 mins :)

Hi. My name is Lorie. I met my fiance Joey(Canadian) on a video game. We have known each other 1.5 years but have been dating since August of 2008. We met in Nov. 2008. In March 2009 I sent in the I129F and received the receipt on March 31, 2009. There is so much technical jargon in their information packets that it is all overwhelming and at times difficult to understand. For instance when i filed the I129F form i sent in the proof of our meetings, as it appeared on my papers they needed them at time of filing the form. We neither one realized it could take so long. This site was given to me by a friend who immigrated from UK. So far its alot of reading but it is a bit easier to understand than the technical and legal forms I have read anywhere. Thank you all for your posts as it now shows me my journey has been made by more than I thought.

03/15/2012 -Received letter from USCIS - have to go to interview April 24th

04/24/2012 - Interview and ROC approved!!

05/07/2012 - Received email, card production ordered

06/22/2012 - Mailed N-400 package to Phoenix/AZ Lockbox
